We are available for phone calls 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. You may receive a messaging service on weekends from April 1 through September 30 and holidays. Please leave a message and your call will be returned the next business day.

Please note that our main customer service number listed above is the designated number for submitting oral requests for expedited appeals. To request a hard copy of the provider directory be mailed to you, please call the customer service number above, or submit a request to the email address listed below.

You can download a copy of the directory and other plan documents under the Documents tab. You can also click on Providers, then Find a Provider, Hospital or Pharmacy and search for primary care providers, facilities, specialists, pharmacies and more.
